• Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

4. Refund Method & Timeline

• Online payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• COD / Bank Transfer orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account

Customers will be required to share bank details after approval.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
